View Full Version : New Country Radio Station Looking For DJ's/Syndicated Programming

06-06-2011, 07:01 PM
I have a new country radio station that will be needing DJ's and syndicated country radio programming. The content is as follows:

New Country Music (Defined as 2000 or newer)
"Classic" Country Music (Anything predating 2000, played 1-2 times per hour)

Please let me know if anyone is interested or has any further questions!

Hi Marc,

It can be interesting to give a shout out to Eric of Nashville Rock
Maybe you can setup a collab ...

I'm not sure ... but these are my 2 cents of brainstorming ;)

Whats the name of the station and are you looking for a short of a top 20 country songs of the week type show? I know a lot about country I wouldn't mind doing like a pre recorded top 20 countdown show if you wanna go that route. Let me know something

Time to rekindle an old thread! I'm still looking for a show. I didnt see James' reply (or dont remember seeing it). I'm looking for something pre-recorded, not live.

I have been DJing for 20+ years. I have worked in radio and I own my own DJ service. I know a lot about country music and this is the genre I play the most. I would love to help out or do a show on your station. I own my own studio at my house and can do recorded shows or live.

I would be interested in what you both have to offer. Get me an aircheck and we can see!

Don't want to hijack your thread, but we have been looking also:

I sent you a PM. I have an aircheck for you, how do I send it to you?

You can upload it to a place like soundcloud or something.

ok, I will pass. Thanks anyway, you don't seem very interested in having somebody on your station.

Hmm...you ask how I want a soundcheck uploaded. I respond and this is your response...

Didn't mean to be rude or sound rude about it. You said soundcloud or something as you are not sure how you want it uploaded.

I wasnt sure how you wanted it to upload it. Most people I've seen in this industry have a tool they are familiar with to upload their aircheck.

Don't worry about it.

Thanks anyways
