Hey guys, I wanted to let everyone know that someone has screwed me over big time. The financial person who was helping me out with finances recently stole ALL my money in the paypal account. The account was in his name so I cannot file a dispute or anything. The ammount was close to $700 USD and I did owe him $200 BUT the point is, I opened a new paypal account for payments. This is mainly for James to change any links from my voice profile account....my new account is: PAYPAL@BLUESTONEGUYS.COM

Thank you and hopefully I can somehow manage to get my money back.

That's absolutely horrible! Are you a registered Business in your state? Was this person an employee? $300 shy of a felony if so.

This person was a family member. I made the paypal account under him because at the time I was 17. He was really good at taking care of my finances until someone tried reporting me for an unrelated thing. He took the money and ran. It's hard to explain, but there is nothing I can do about it. This is a self run business with a few friends of mine, and the account was also used for ebay. I am more upset that he would cross me the way he did....rather than the money. The money was mostly rightly his...the point of this whole thing is that I want to let everyone know that I had to make a new paypal account under a new email. Guess I have to start from zero for my car...(driving a moped at the moment) Alright, that being said.....yea..lol

If it makes you feel any better, my own brother stole 32,000 from my company years ago and fled to Holland where he still is. Because of the sudden huge withdrawal of cash, the bank called in the police and I spent a year on police bail facing a possible jail sentence as the money belonged to our customers! It was all sorted out in the end but I lost my house as a result of having to pay everyone.

NEVER EVER trust ANYONE with money, ESPECIALLY family!!!!!!!!

No, I won't ever forgive him for that one. Family or not. Scumbucket lowlife can rot in hell for al I care.

File a complaint with PayPal that it was an unauthorized claim and you might be able to get all your money back.

That did kinda make me feel better! Now, as for the dispute, I cannot do anything whatsoever. Everything that was done was 100% legal which is sad. they had access to my account with a Debit card. Then, they called paypal and closed the account.

ps. I at least got some of the money back....but not thanks to paypal.

Who's name was the PayPal account in? If you are the main owner you can still report it as unauthorized I think. Not 100% sure though....

Moral of the story is: NEVER EVER GO INTO BUSINESS WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS!

I have never seen either situation work.

The truth and nothing but the truth !

NEVER EVER GO INTO BUSINESS WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS!
I wonder why 2 persons have access to the same paypal account .. to Me it looks that an online account is rather the same as a regular bankaccount and should only give access to the person who is owner of the credit or bankcard.
For sure it is a huge lesson in life for you .. otherwise its sometimes better to think twice before act
I don't mean this negative to JB as person .. but money has no name and so easy to get .. if it can be found somewhere .. eather on the street, eather by the use of 1 account to 2 persons
I never lost any huge amount of money .. but I learned into my life 1 important thing .. if you have a good friend, stay friends .. don't get involved in a money bussiness .. where money comes in ... friends go out .. This happened already 2 times into my life .. and this hurts a lot .. because those guys where friends during already decades

I totally agree with that. Theres more to the story but I don't feel posting it on here because there are WAY too many "spies" that are spying on my personal life at the moment....lol dont ask.
