If there are ways to de-stress oneself, maybe there are thoughts we may have that would effect us some de-stressing. These could become our favorite thoughts specially handy during stressful times.....

Your suggestions would be appreciated here!

Maybe zooming out to try to see the big picture would be helpful?

Like if somebody cuts you off in traffic, rather than getting into the horn too much and possibly escalating to a road rage incident, we could take a deep breath and avoid more stress.

Go for a walk, not to run errands, just go for the sake of it.
In stressful times, I make a gratitude list.
When I can look at all the wonderful little things in my life, it helps neutralize all the "have nots" that I stress over.

Take a deep breathe then think of your goal. Just always remember, at the end of every hardship you're experiencing now, would be a brighter day.

Be sarcastic with yourself.

Say to yourself," at least I wasn't found dead, beating off, in the closet of my hotel room, with a rope tied around my nuts."
