I have no idea what you are asking. A broadcasting license is not required for anything nor do you get one. You can get a degree. Are you asking about a royalty license?

You dont gain a licence by doing a course.

You can as said above do a degree which would make you more employable by larger companies.

But if you want to start your own station you will need to purchase a royalties licence if you intend on playing copyright material

I don't quite know what you mean or which country your from but

If you're asking how to become a radio DJ, in the UK
You can go to college and study Media if you are after a career in the radio industry.

if you're asking how to get an FM license, in the UK radio stations are licensed by ofcom under remits (this is kind of an agreement between ofcom and the station on what the service is going to provide to the public)

if you're asking how to get a license to broadcast over the internet, you don't need to study any course or have a license to broadcast, but if you play copyright content you will need a license that covers royalties (PPL & PRS in the UK, SoundExchange in the US)

Matt.

I doubt you will need a degree in any country to be a broadcaster, are you wanting to be a DJ or to run a station yourself?
