    a legal question

ok I see alot about royalty's and liscences.. but what if my station is only playing tracks from indie artists who have not only given me permission to play these tracks royalty free but also sent me the tracks personally? Do I still require a liscence and have to pay a royalty fee?

You don't need to pay royalties.
