    Hello,
    Here we are far from the 10 minutes reply expectation... here we talk of deleting tickets and answering the phone just the first time, and once they have understood that I was the one "of the deleted tickets" , they hang up, they kept hanging up and then: "the number you are calling is not active".
    Here we talk of the last and worst "garage server" way to face issues!

    They never answered to my tickets (they even cannot as they deleted my user name from their ticketing system) and just decided that deleting/hanging up was the way to go, without I even challenged or offended them in any way while talking and writing.

    Too Bad...

    Update: wooooow now the ShoutHost / ServerHostingCenter guys must be upset... but I am more!
    Centova is opening, stream page too, but administrator and stream are down.

    Of course I was already not counting on ServerHostingCenter / ShoutHost services, seeing the way they make "business". ...and I am unable to open a tickets for the reason mentioned in my previous post (well, let me tell you that I wouldn't even try to open one, anyway!)

    As I was saying, professionalism is the keyword! Is this business or... bu%#@t?

    That sucks. I'd quit wasting your time and move NOW. Before they cause more issues for you.

    There are lots of stream hosts out there. If one doesn't work for you, just move on to another host.

    Oh, I am walking ahead now and have already moved-on since the day in which they canceled the first ticket! They can enjoy their games within their own team. Now they are talking about a DDOS attack to my stream-IP... yeah...

    I believe that I do not have anything to prove; that specific channel of the Radio Group have been un-listed from Shoutcast due of being persistently offline, this is the ugly proof...

    Also, I haven't been provided with a proof that there was a DDOS attack. I received several messages from them mentioning it. How I communicate with them? Opening tickets but -NOT- as an existing customer, as my ticketing system account has been deleted.

    Just waiting that the paid "service" ends... I have put anyway my streams somewhere else...
