    Craigslist?

Has anyone here made constructive use of Craigslist to promote a show or project?

I think you can get a significant number of impressions in the discussion forums, but it's easy to be perceived as a spammer. So I think if you thought it was a good resource for your needs, then keeping a somewhat constant presence there may be to your advantage, so it doesn't look like you just drop in to post a link.

Speaking of Clagislist, did anyone hear about "Craigslist Killer" down in my neck of the woods?

I've done great with Craigslist for buying and selling gear! Gotten results without the fees of eBay.
Only once have I gotten a VO gig from there though.

Haven't heard about the killer Balzin mentioned.

That's all over CNN. I've definitely been hearing about that.

As for gigs on Craigslist in my area at least, I haven't connected there but I'm sure you could find some worthwhile opportunities, among the many possibilities that may not pay enough, or at all.
