RadioCIA
For my part, it's because we do all our own production.
boxovoices
For my part, it's because we do all our own production. That maybe so, but, are you happy with your production?
snarfdude
I think for me, it's a matter of what exactly do you want to do? you're giving very little direction for one thing, the other being If I post a dry track, it's more of how I want you to produce it, giving direction to you, not just slap something up there and see what comes out eventually. You don't usually produce something without some direction, coming from a script, or a client's direction. I do pretty much all my own stuff in house, especially for the weekly program. There's a certain style and sound I want to achieve. Communicating that to another producer can be difficult.
THREETEN RADIO
Sometimes it's good to try different sounds and styles, I do my own jingles and production but I expect I will post some dry stuff soon to see what others can do with it, why not, they are offering their talent and services for FREE, not often you get that in any field these days.....;)
James
Very true! Might as well use it. If you want a produced voiceover, ask for a dry then upload it in this section! Then you will get more than one production take. Im sure Baabaa and others would love to do some Studiio - All-In-One Radio Communication Platform SMS | Phone Calls | Social Media | Content
snarfdude
If it's a free for all, OK, then say so. Say that you can post a dry track and let me have a go at it, what have you got to lose. "Produced" is a matter of opinion and open to interpretation. I believe in the "clear as mud" philosophy. This makes things a lot easier. I'll see what I can find around for a dry track to let you have fun with.
Jinglemaster
Jeeez. Don't put yourself out on my account matey! I wouldn't want you to feel obliged to let me help you. I think this thread was aimed more at people who might want production done. I not a bliever in forcing people almost against their will, belief, faith and desire to get something completely free from me. Or is that just the sacrcastic hat I am wearing this miserable morning?:Z:

Guest Baabaa Productions
We have great producers here and to provide a different creative view of a project has got to be positive thing, We can all get set in our ways, the trick is to break those habits and see how creative others can be....and its FREE.......
