In the US you have to be licensed with ASCAP , BMI, SESAC and Sound Exchange - in addition to paying the royalty fees. Johnnie Posted September 8, 2008 Share Posted September 8, 2008 In the UK you have to be licensed with MCPS-PRS and PPL for UK broadcasting only, as well as other licensing agencies for overseas broadcast....
