djlm
Hello all, I'm currently a "hobby" DJ, as my work is in a whole different area now. I started DJing as a "helper" at private parties, weddings and birthdays in 1997, and in late 98 started playing at a club in my hometown here in Brazil, where I stayed until 2000, when I went to another area professionaly, leaving the DJing as a hobby only, since then only doing ocasional gigs for other DJ friends who needed a guy, but not done that since 3 years already. My style is mainly mainstream club, eurodance, these kinds of "popular radio" dance songs, from the 90's (stuff like Corona, NTrance, late 90's stuff like Vengaboys, Gala, DJ Bobo, Nightcrawlers, Molela, dance mixes of Britney Spears, Mariah Carey, Cher, etc...) and recent dance music like Jean Roch, Bob Sinclair, Rihanna, Yves la Rock, etc... Being a "pop club" DJ in the past, my style is not limited to dance, I play other genres too, but the listed above is my preference I have no problem with short, mid-sized or long sets. I don't mind if it's a new or old radio, I just want to play my stuff and show my mixes to the people who like these kind of music. 10, 20, 50, 200, 5000 listeners, I don't mind. It's a hobby for me, it's pleasure for me and most of all it's fun for me to play for a public. That's what it's all about for me. Best Regards, DJ LM

THREETEN RADIO
If you do 70s, 80s and 90s mixes or combinations of these then you can have a regular slot on THREETEN RADIO, normally on auto DJ a lot so this would be good, you could send me pre-recorded sets by FTP for me to put on regular or possibly do it live but pre-recorded would be better at the moment for me. Send me a PM if you want to do anything for me.
THREETEN RADIO
He's very good, I will air the sets done for me for sure. If any of you broadcasters cover 90s dance and that then take up DJ LM's offer. :biggrinthumb:

djlm
Hi all, Thank you guys for replying. I've got myself two gigs, and that's enough for now, so I'll be doing live tuesdays and thursdays at East Manchester Radio and prerecorded sets for Threeten Radio. Thank you both for giving me an opportunity, I hope you enjoy my sets. For now I'll stick with these two radios as since I love to dedicate myself at what I do, it would be best not to overdo it. Less can be more where quality is concerned, right? Once I get into a nice rhythm going then I could expand my sets with either more slots at current radios, or a new gig, but for now this setup is great and I'll stick to it. I'd like to use this space in the forum to thank both guys from East Manchester Radio and Threeten Radio for opening the feeds for my first internet gigs. Best Regards, DJ LM
