jkemr
Hi Guys i wanna share this with you i might be wrong but i dont think i am.. I put in a bid on ebay to buy an item and now its near the end the bids gone up..OK thats normal you will say.. So would I untill you look at the bid history and at there feedback..now the winning bidder is bidder 1 but bidder 2 also as a bid in. Plus there is a bidder 3 and they all buy from just seller 1 r seller 2 r seller 3 now thats seems funny to me what do you think? i think its the same guy trying to con people into makeing higher bids..Like i said i could be wrong but dont think i am..Thanks JK
James
Bidder 1, 2, 3 are private bids. You can place a bid privately instead of having your username there. THREETEN RADIO
Ebay do not show who other bidders are now, you will always see other bidders as "bidder 1", "bidder 2" etc... You will see the ID of the winner after the auction UNLESS it was a private auction like James said. This applies to ebay.co.uk but probably applies to all countries now. Ebay did this to stop people contacting bidders to offer them a similar item off ebay.

THREETEN RADIO
They have another silly rule, sellers cannot leave negative or neutral feedback for a buyer! So when a buyer messes and does not pay you cannot leave bad feedback to warn others. Daft!!
