eskador
After downloading some DJ Panels, I come to a point where i have to CHMOD some files. When I try, then I get the message that the file is missing or that I have no access. I Am the administrator on my PC, so it must work. Can someone help me with this? THFS
Hi, If this is linux (CentOS is the most common) do the following 1: chmod (permissions) /home/user/public_html/filenameorfolder/* EXAMPLE: chmod 4755 /home/techelpf/pulbic_html/newfolder/* Also, it could not belong to you... you may need to chattr the file! Or I can upload them for you from $3.00 and Chmod them for you.

James
Contact your host. You might have something vunerable blocking your chmod like a blog or something. It happened to me recently. Johnnie
Are you hosting your DJ panel locally, as in, on your computer at home? eg. using XAMPP or WAMP or similar? Or is it on a remote server?
aaronsnet
Filezilla just emulates Linux on Windows. There is no real chmod. You need to go into the properties of the folder on the Windows machine and change the ACL settings to read/write, etc.
