James
Do you have any other volounteer staff for you? It would take the work load off you. My ideas: 1. Advertise, advertise, advertise. Sign up to forums you like (like this one ;)) and make a forum signature in every forum, one that stands out. People on forums are most likely the ones to listen. 2. Find a sponsor or two, offer them an ad spot on your website and ask for a prize to give away. Some examples of companys are.. EA Games, BMI Music, Apple, just companies like that that have good prizes. More people listening to your station to win means more ad clicks on your site/donations. 3. Sign up to google adsence if you havent already. Earn some revenue while people are listening to your site. Google always get interesting links and people DO click on them, try digitalpoint.com to get some help on that. 4. Offer a premium stream, if you have 2 or more streams, offer the highest quality one to premium members only. Lets say you have a 128kbps stream, make users pay $10 a month to listen. You have alot of listeners and im sure people would pay. I will think of more later Studiio - All-In-One Radio Communication Platform SMS | Phone Calls | Social Media | Content

James
A media kit is basicly just a price for a 30 second ad spot on your radio. Dont refuse or anything, it could be a big deal ;) Studiio - All-In-One Radio Communication Platform SMS | Phone Calls | Social Media | Content

SpazzRadio
I have a suggestion... You website looks pretty good and functional but it looks like you are getting WAY more listeners then you are visitors to your website (based on Alexa.com ranking). That's not necessarily a bad thing BUT it is much easier to turn website visitors into revenue than listeners. I would recommend... 1st. Putting some paid advertising on your website (ex. Google adwords) 2nd. Use your audio stream to point listeners to your website. Use any excuse ... to make requests, to chat with DJ's, maybe even a contest etc etc. Website banner advertisements will most likely NOT cover all your expenses, but once you have your website traffic up, you can then use some of you website statistics to try and lure prospective advertisers along with your impressive listener numbers. Hope that all made sense. SpazzRadio.com Home of Absolute Rockz, Absolute Spazz, Always HOT Country, and Absolute Hitz
THREETEN RADIO
Regarding your listener stats, you should be ok with the server slots from 180 hosting. I know the chap that runs it (not personally, just through internet) and know that he rents the shoutcast from elsewhere. He will not oversell so I don't think you will have issues with buffering etc... but if you do contact him. The company I recommend in another thread do a 30 day trial also if you need another or if things do not work out with the ones you are testing now.
