boxovoices
Does anyone know anything about this? I have Pro Tools LE 7.4 with DigiDesign 003 hardware accessed with an iLok security key licensed for Pro Tools. I installed Music Master SP12 on the same computer, which uses an Aladdin HASP security key to operate, and it wipes the Pro Tools drivers off the system. Does anyone know how I can get around this? Brutish Sailor
I hate dongles... I would contact the makers of Music Master SP12 and ask them how they can make this inconvenience up to you. KNSJ.org / 89.1 FM San Diego
Ricardo
I don't suppose that you could reinstall the Pro Tools drivers, after the Music Master software's been installed? I've had no similar issues with my old Cubase SX dongle. Best of luck with the issue.
boxovoices
Thanks for the replies guys. I seemed to have fixed the problem by uninstalling PT and installing MM first, then installing PT again. I contacted MM's publishers and they're about as useful as RCS support!
