My name is Johny and I have a LPFM station in Raglan New Zealand and streaming as well. LPFM is almost the same as your part 15 except we have limit of 500mw (They are talking about putting it up to 1watt). Anyone can have a LPFM station in New Zealand without a licence, If there's room in the LPFM bands. Allowed freqs are 88.1, 88.2, 88.3, 88.4, 88.5, 88.6 and 88.7 and 106.7, 106.8, 106.9, 107.0, 107.1, 107.2, 107.3, 107.4, 107.5, 107.6 and 107.7..
