THREETEN RADIO
I have recently established an internet radio station. I need a few liners/Station IDs for it. Please somebody produce it for me. "Keep listening CLOUD FM at w w w dot cloud fm dot net - 24/7 hit music from Pakistan & India" "Music is Cloud FM - Nothing else!!" "Cloud FM rocks! Stay tuned!!" Make some more posts around the site and get involved more, then a VO artist MIGHT assist you but to come on without saying Hello and first post requesting a jingle or two is a no-no. Either you will do this or we won't hear from you again. Good luck anyway.
James
People, just remember. If you have something not worth contributing, dont say it at all. JM, i can understand your sarcasm but it is a new member and a bit of guidance was needed to show him how we operate voiceover wise. Wildun, try not to reply back to other peoples posts if you disagree with them, this has started a major fight and i want it ended. Gulfam, welcome to our site! Some of our voice pro's like giving some of their stuff to people if they contribute back. I suggest making a few posts around the site and then you will recieve a quality voiceover Im sorry about the start, but as the agreement said when you posted this topic, if you dont contribute and just post a voiceover request at 1 post. You will look a bit dodgey and some imaging artists may not trust you. -James Studiio - All-In-One Radio Communication Platform SMS | Phone Calls | Social Media | Content

However, I am also sorry that there was nobody to guide me. I'll follow your instructions. Thank you very much for your kind words.
JBVoice
Again, let me welcome you, just as James did, I am a voice artist here and on other sites. There are pros and cons with each site but BW world is by far the best in my opinion. When I reply to posts, I generally do it once a day and for 15-20 min. I'll spit out 3 or 5 freebies, its probably the same with other voice pros. Once again, we welcome you to the site and hope you find the site useful. -JB Jon Bova "Successful people have libraries. Do I still need to make more posts to get the Station IDs? I assure you I am not a one time broadcaster. I also wish to contribute but don't know how to record voice. I tried recording but I can not eliminate the microphone's noise. Please guide me and I'll be happy to assist others on Broadcasting World. MADcHATTER
Hey Gulfam Tell us more about your station. It's a rock format? What kind of information do you want to convey to your listeners about your station or Dj's. Give us some ideas and we probably come up with stuff for drops and promos that will really grab their attention. You want reserved (like the previous efforts) or outrageous and funny ("Why do we have Larry and Tina in the morning? Larry has the voice and Tina has really big boobs (bleep). etc..) What about promotions and contests? Getting a Vo image is easy, getting ones that grab your listeners attention is the hard part. This is where getting involved with a VO person can help. MADcHATTER Sir, basically I am broadcasting all types of Pakistani & Indian music including pop, rock, jazz, blues, classical, folk etc. If you don't mind, music can be listened on the radio (link is given in my signature). I am a new broadcaster and know very little. Therefore, I'd be very thankful if you can guide me to the right direction. As far as content is concerned, I want reserved content with context to Pakistani & Indian culture where nudity is strictly disliked (like you talked of boobs what is not liked by people in Indopak). My target audience are both, Pakistanis and Indians living anywhere in the world. Promotions and contests are a very good idea, I think. We can work on it, but how? If you can guide me, I shall really be grateful to you.
MADcHATTER
My Apologies Gulfam, I meant no offence...but you've given us a clearer Idea of what you're looking for which is good, its also good to know our limitations (IE: the nudity reference). From here common ground is reached and we can help you better to design impactful reaching drops and voiceovers. Should you require Vo's done in Hindi, Pakistani or other languages I'm sure we could even direct you to VO people or sites for them (one that springs to mind that I've dealt with is indian-voice-overs.com! They do charge, but that could be the thing to work towards). Keep in mind that we will be learning from you as much as you'll be learning from us. With that common ground established things can go alot smoother. There will be other limitations that will present themselves but those can be worked with or around. Contests are a whole different beast. Coming up with the contests is something we'd leave to you. Promoting or selling it would be our area! lol. Thanks again! MADcHATTER I understand that you meant no offence. I just told you that such words are culturally disliked in our region. I am seriously considering the idea of contests. However, I plan to complete my radio's website first.

Brutish Sailor
I was going to ask you about this earlier. your winamp/Itunes launch file seems to be incorrectly coded. I keep getting a launch script listing, but not a .pls file launch for winamp. Your ASX file loads fine, but not the PLS. file. But I really dig the setup.
