orestoneradio
Podcasts are easy you can just link to your file from your website. To broadcast live you could install a shoutcast server and use something like 'SAM' to stream live. If you let us know what you need some help with I am sure someone can give you more help. There are so many ways to do what you want. A lot depends on your budget and number of listeners. Alan

Brutish Sailor
Are you looking for a good hosting site for web pages? When I first started, IWebFusion has a shared hosting plan through C-panel. I started a website /W dedicated hostname and page for $20 (registration for domain name) and $5 a month. They also have RSVsitebuilder installed on the C-panel, which makes it easy considering the sitebuilder requires no downloads, and covers all the nitty gritty you need. I had a site up and running in 24 hours AND tech support that was GREAT to answer all the trouble calls I had for getting players to work. THFS
That makes sense, I always suggest starting at the base package, that way you are not spending money on a package you don't need. You can upgrade your package at any time in the billing area, so I would just suggest to choose your kbps, and you are good!
