JBVoice
Greetings all, as most of you know, I am an awful website designer. A friend of mine pointed me to Coffee Cup Visual Site Designer, and I paid about $50 for it. What are your opinions of it? All I need it for is designing a Web 2.0 looking site to replace my current site. I use Office Live small business website hosting, which is free and requires NO ads on the site, which is nice but I'm having a hard time figuring out how I would upload the site to offive live. There is an option to activate a third party software, but if I do that, it will erase all my current files. So, I have to be 100% sure it will work, lol any ideas? As in, if it would work or not...office live claims you can use any program to edit and just simply upload it, but I dont see it being that easy...lol Thanks -JB Jon Bova "Successful people have libraries. James
I use nvu (n-view) to get some rough html code together. I use photoshop for the images and i use phpdesignerpro to code it all up. My perfect setup for me I have honestly never used a template system except for a freewebs website (which happened to be my first apart from geocities hehe). I have heard good about coffecup though! JBVoice
Alright, good stuff. I'm fooling around with it, I got an amazing (well, in my opinion) site to replace my current one. Now, to figure out how to upload it to office live...should be simple, I hope haha Jon Bova "Successful people have libraries.
