Extortion and Racketeering belong in the past. I hope like hell this sets a precedence that the online broadcasting community can use to create a more equitable compensation plan. Instead of making broadcasters jump through hoops to get royalty licenses, why not use a simple blanket license. You pay a rate based on quarterly listener statistics.
