Hand helds, cell phones and PDA's can all link to the Internet and have access to "streamed" content, be it video or audio. Creating a online video or audio presence does not require the mountains of red tape that are required for LpFm stations. You are not "limited" in your power output as required by Part 15. But I see it will be the way in a few years.
