More like off nights! Happened again last night, too, and they're still trying to tell me the problem's on my end, that it's the cable splitter. right.


#1 why would the cable splitter kill my signal for 12 hours straight when she was telling me it could cause "intermittent problems" and


#2 so it's just coincidence I get my connection back 30 minutes after their tech guys report in for duty?


*sigh* I'm not going to be a happy man if it happens again.
