Big trouble with Windows 7 and SAM

Hey people, i have serious problem with SAM broadcaster. He working perfect in windows XP, but I`m installed windows 7 and install SAM, but my microphone not working. I cant select Kernel Streaming output in voiceFX, because Kernel working fine with XP, and i can stream and music and my voice. In win 7 i cant select Kernel, cant click on CONFIG button in VoiceFX, and can hear my voice.

this is error when i celested Kernel Streaming output. Can anyone help me?

You may want to contact the Sam tech support people on this, since windows 7 is a new release.

You can easily send a message to the support by using this link :

in general you have already a profile, if not make a broadcaster profile.

At your account you can add your station(s) etc ...

into the left tab you gonna find a direct link to a mailform of the online support service

 

Important can be :

Include to your message the link of "this page" at BW ... this way the SA support service can check your screenshot and question

With some luck you gonna receive an answer into the first 24 hours

Hopefully win 7 behaves better than Vista. Vista is abysmal for shoutcasting.
