LeafpileRadio
So I did another one for the hell of it. I think it sounds pretty cool. Tell me what you think. Let's go on a scale of 1-10 this time. And please, if there's anything wrong with it, let me know! YOU GUYS ROCK!
Guest Baabaa Productions
Sounding good. Watch the levels when you are talking about tuning in as the effect drowns out the vocal. Like the use of vocal effects and stutter. Mark So I did another one for the hell of it. I think it sounds pretty cool. Tell me what you think. Let's go on a scale of 1-10 this time. jax_rox
Nice work, sounds pretty good. One thing I might mention is try and tighten up your vocals a bit, sounds a bit slow and forced towards the end. Also, sound effects at the start don't have to go for so long, bring something in over the top or move everything on top of it, it sounds like it could be trimmed down to less than a second. Also, you may even consider not having that sound effect at all, and just coming in on the radio effects.
WavestreamingConnect
Once again a good mini-production! Only criticism is what Mark said, but since you have already taken this on board i'll be quiet Hope all is going well for you in the VO world! GKIye
Your skills are getting better everytime One major notice is : The VOX says " ... well stop right here" However the "bed" has already been stopped before the words "stop right here" Its only a difference of a small 500ms untill 800ms ... but that difference is most important I know my review sounds as looking for needles into water LOL however it is important to increase your current skills So ... 2 U Here's a revised version. LeafpileRadio
OK. Damn you got a good ear lol. The beginning part trips me out. The vocals wash with the tuning effect. But I took out the silence after magnifying the track 1,000,000x lol. Let's see if this works better.
GKIye
Well .. thats what they call experience What I mean is : Well STOP RIGHT Here Currently the "Well" has also a silence The "silence" has to start at the beginning of the word "STOP" In fact you can re-start the bed after the word "stop" .. that way it gonna give even more attention to the general content ... and its a way to give the general content more drive ... Again .. and sorry for that ... I'm in search for needles into "deep" waters LOL please forgive Me :biggrinthumb: OK. Damn you got a good ear lol. Visit and listen @ BW ! LeafpileRadio
No! That is specifically for that station. I'm just uping demo's of actual liners I've made. I can make you a non branded one if you like.

Again .. and sorry for that ... I'm in search for needles into "deep" waters LOL please forgive Me :biggrinthumb: I think something like this is just a matter of personal taste, and what works well for your imaging and your listeners. Personally, I might even remove the doubling on the 'WELL STOP,' insert a beat, or some punchy sound effect on the word 'STOP' and then a deliberate pause immediately after to get people's attention, and then come back in and fatten out the 'RIGHT HERE' with the doubling. A lot of these sort of things are just personal taste, and knowing the station. If you really wanted to hone your skills, id suggest taking on board both ideas, perhaps even producing both up, even if you don't use them if only for a bit of practice, and to see what sounds better - I've often reproduced entire promos just to give it a go and see what it sounds like and ended up swapping the on air version with the new version because it sounds so much better. I do have to say its sounding pretty good at the moment, but it doesn't hurt to keep playing around. At some point though, you do have to get something on air, you can't spend days playing with your promos trying to get them perfect when you have deadlines to meet.
