Jinglemaster
Thanks guys. The amount on the lottery is something I had better not disclose for fear of being inundated with begging letters, lets just say I was very pleased indeed. It is a heart stopping moment when you start checking and one by one you realise you have them. Surgery was on my spine again. oldtimers on here will know what it was all about. Anyway, still in pain but that is usual for me. Getting about on a mobility scooter for now as the old hip has gone too. Huge VO project I am involved with at the moment. Major production, 26 part documentary and I am doing the main VO for it. Hard graft and involves a lot of travelling to Central London for sessions 3 times a week at the moment. 1,370 pages of script!

Jinglemaster
Thanks. Yep, the bank manager was most amused after giving me a cup of tea and a custard cream AND his own leather chair when I said I wanted to pay in my lottery win. When I pulled the crisp £10 from my pocket he suddenly had a sense of humour bypass and I was unceremoniously escorted from his office. I did enjoy that as they had ripped me off for years. I actually went in to close the account, but as I had 3 numbers on the Saturday (and yes, they were the first three to come out) I was in the mood for some fun. Work is draining, but profitable. Radio station? With £10? Don't be silly Arthur. Some people!:D Hope 2010 is good for you too. ps people. I never said it was a lot of money. I am still a lottery winner.
