The way it goes at BW is :

- write some things about yourself at the "Introduce section"

- collab, share, give input to the forum BroadCastingWorld

- after all of that is done you gonna easily receive replies to your question

- Last but not least : a "free" voice over stands for 1 or 2 short lines and these are always made as "dry" liner by one of the voice over members

It looks to Me that your request is more likely a promo who has also some commercial content.

This debate comes up all the time. New people should read the rules first and stop abusing the voice over artist's, or they may stop doing them for free and then every one will miss out. And I would not blame them if they did.

Just to clarify what James said.

 

I personally charge between $200 to $1000.00 Depending on if the spot is local, regional, or national.

 

Those are prices for radio spots. TV and internet are different prices..

 

So what you are asking for op, is basically a 60 second spot, more or less. That is a big ask for us professionals to give that much of our time and effort. This is how we make our living.

 

Generally, you will find that if you follow the forum rules, that we will bend over backwards to help anyone out, provided they do not ask too much. 1 or 2 short lines is acceptable, anything else and you should really pay for.

 

My 2 cents worth.
