Streaming Video?

There was a website that was playing a live webcast. It was a streaming video, and I found the url of the video and I was wondering if there is a way of playing it again, because the video was only meant to be played once when it was shown live. So if I have the url of the video is it possible to get it to play again or somehow save it to my computer?
