And here I thought climbing a 40 foot ladder day in and day out with paint, tools, etc. was a pain in the backside. Plus I've been a 100 feet up give or take a few feet on a 6 inch beam. Still nothing like this, I like the tricky part, getting on top. :lol: I think the whole climb was tricky.

I used to do that. Being a ham operator and my brother owning the only repeater in the county, I had to climb towers and take the repeater down for him to fix.

 

No way I'd do it now, but I was a teenager then and wasn't scared of anything.. lol. I still do ham, I don't climb towers anymore. The highest I go is my roof to fix my fm antenna, telescoping pole. :)
