How to broadcast a recording hourly.

Hello all,

 

I am Chronosrequiem from http://www.buypoe.com a forum for MMORPG games. I have created a radio stream for my forum using SAM broadcaster and spacialnet ,however I am still very new to this ! I come here requesting for help on how do i make my radio successful and interesting. For now, we have come up with the idea of broadcasting weather and also some recordings of our GM's talking etcetc. But i wish to play these recordings hourly. May i know how to ?
