Arfa B
I have had mine for 20 years approx. The pads have had to be replaced (only once recently), the band has had to be repaired with an added aluminium strip + some 6BA Nuts and bolts, the cable never goes on them, and they sound BEAUTIFUL! Stupidly, I thought they were made by Philips, as they had a Philips badge put over the original label! They are made by MB Quart and here is a piccy of an identical pair, mine are model 40X http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread/436904/sold-mb-quart-phone-qp70 If I have helped you with a Freebie- please be kind enough to add a link from your own site or blog to mine- thanks! http://arthurburton.net Thank You! johny c
I use Sanyo SHPX510 . I love them, nice and light to wear and have a great sound. I have 3 pairs of them, so they should last me for years lol. Paid $30 a set for them. The first set I have been using for over 4 years and are still going, so the other 2 are still brand new. billh
Johny a few days ago while talking on Skype, that pair your using was falling apart as we talked. Time to replace them I think I'm using Koss headphones. "I'm Retired" Donations PayPal.Me/artistview . I only do dry reads, if you want FX's you'll have to add them, I might add them. MikeCooperVoiceover
Hey. First post - hello people! Mine are Beyer DT-150s. A bit more "welly" down the bottom, and a clearer top end than the 100s, which helps to give a voiceover artist a bit more confidence (i.e. it makes me believe I'm butch…) I like the way they sound, but I keep a pair of AKG 701s (which I picked up for a song) for when butchness isn't a prerequisite. Aeolus
I'm using the Pioneer HDJ1000, but that was really a waste of money. Don't get me wrong, it sounds great, and it fits fine, but after a month or 6 they just break (with normal usage). Read a lot of reviews (unfortunately after i bought it) and many people are experiencing the same thing. So it's basically a $200 piece of cr*p
