Is this the website for SOCOTECO http://socoteco-1.com/ I can see it's a non-profit Cooperative electric company. I've worked for a non-profit Cooperative company in my country years ago. I know for a fact people made money from it. It was just away to hide things and in the end some of the people in the Co-Op made a lot of money. I'm not saying it's that way there.
