TM101Radio
I run a station that only plays Indie Hip Hop and R&B so alot of the songs i have in rotation are hard to find so I was thinking about adding ON DEMAND service to my station website. I have played around with it and it works. I can pick songs for the playlist however the .m3u file has to be downloaded and then opened in VLC or Winamp or windows media player.. So my question is can i get the created playlist to play embedded on my website?? This way a visitor can select the songs then on command load the playlist in an embedded player on my website.. dotme
Sure - but make sure you have your legal bases covered first ($150,000 per infraction in the USA). Written permission from the copyright holders is essential.
TM101Radio
Im aware of the legal aspect and every independent artist that submits music agrees to let me stream their music on the station and on demand.. I want to know how to embed a player on the website to play the on demand content so no downloading of the .m3u file is neccessary..
