abzub
Just wondering what everyone uses to gather stats for their radio im looking into selling ads on radio but dont have a clue how much to start charging.. i know its dependant on listeners but even with a max of 20 listeners with an average listen time of an hour.. u could have had thousands of people listening to your radio.. so is there a tool that shws actually how many people tuned into your radio rather than at any one time

GKIye
There are not that many BW members who are running a commercial project ... It can be a nice idea to see and wait untill one of the stream provider members gonna read your post ... They have ... I guess, more knowledge about prices concerning streaming media Good luck ! shoutcaststreaming
anyy idea about pricing regarding adverts? Not sure what you mean. They have ... I guess, more knowledge about prices concerning streaming mediaI don't think he is talking about regular streaming. There is no extra money charged for commercials, except for licensing fees in certain countries. GKIye
We have a misunderstanding My idea was : Maybe a streamprovider can tell Us "if" a webstation is playing commercial content (so ... commercials) ... What kind of prices are used by that webstation to their clients (stores, shops etc) I made this quote for reason that I'm thinking that a streamprovider maybe have stations into their directories who are playing commercials ... Sorry that I wasn't clear enough ;) Visit and listen @ BW !
shoutcaststreaming
I made this quote for reason that I'm thinking that a streamprovider maybe have stations into their directories who are playing commercials ...Stream providers don't care what you play on your station, commercial or hobbyist or terrestrial radio. We don't check the content unless we detect errors in streaming. The broadcaster is responsible to pay all licenses / fees / royalties associated with the music / commercials. If we receive any notice(s) of DMCA (copyright) infringement we can shut down the broadcaster for violating the Terms of Service (TOS).
