A lot of stuff you can get can and download for free so I hope the helps you all out. That's if you all don't know about this site already!! JBVoice Posted September 29, 2011 Share Posted September 29, 2011 To clarify a few things. I got sued by this company not to long ago. I had a good lawyer, so we were able to fight it. The site is EXTREMELY misleading. Their entire music library is available to download for free with the click of a mouse, but you MUST have the proper licensing (so they get paid). If you do not have the proper license, you must purchase a license through them. I now have a blanket license from them which allows me to use any of their music for any production as long as I credit them.....but the issue before was, I went by trusting that a client had the proper license to air the file, and when this company tracked down a production of mine, I got held responsible for it. There are a TON of misleading information on their site, I mean "Free Play Music" makes you think its all free. Oh well, just my two cents on this topic, since I almost lost everything because of this company. People using this site for their radio shows are generally fine, as long as they have the proper license, however, VO artists and producers...be careful.......... I hope the composers/families were paid. Yes, it says as clear as day that you should read their terms of service if you plan os using the music on that site. I read the terms in its entirety.
