I am a DJ myself, i play in a few clubs here in Australia and Pioneers sponsored me at one point, got some CDJ400's and a DJM1000 mixer out of them for free which was nice. Shure also sponsored me and gave me a few microphones, never used them though. I gave away a few on the Broadcasting World facebook page i think.. Id love if broadcasting companies were like this, the amount of stuff id love to give away in return for sponsorship! W T F How did they get sponsoring from Pioneer? ATTENTION! IT'S COMPLETE BULL SHIT! I was curious about who actually won, since there was like, +30 000 people who participated in this lottery. No one were ever announced, and I thought this seemed fishy, so I thought I would write a comment on their page regarding this lottery without a winner. But comments on their page were disables, how convenient... So I made a comment on their latest photo, demanding an answer. Claimed it was bull shit and I did accuse them of being phonies/scammers. My comment got deleted and my abilities to comment on anything are taken away completely. It's so obvious. I also noted that the person running that page posted a status where he/she stated he/she would have a identical competition for a Pioneer 800 mixer. This when the winner of the CDJ's 2000 were still to be announced. I have reported this page for fraud/scam. I've tried to contact them by e-mail without any results. Releece Posted April 4, 2013 Share Posted April 4, 2013 5 weeks ago In the mix Berlin posted a message on Facebook saying that they're selling a t-shirt pack of 4 t-shirts for 20 euro's. They looked really good on the photo so I decided to buy them. The link they sent was a page on bandcamp.com where I went to proceed with my purchase. I payed with PayPal and everything about the sale seemed legit. However, it is now 5 weeks ago since I ordered them and I have not yet received anything, not even an e-mail as to when I can expect my t-shirts. I also found these Pioneer give-away actions a little bit suspicious, and since I posted on their page expressing my suspicions, my commenting rights have been disabled... Their e-mail adress given to me via the PayPal transaction confirmation e-mail bounces my messages back contact@inthemixberlin.com. Nobody answers the helpdesk telephone number given to me the same way(+49 3032526398). I have 45 days to file a report to PayPal and get my money back if PayPal agrees they're conning me. But I was wondering since the purchase was done via PayPal, aren't their names registered and would they not immediately be caught by the police if they are actually conning people? We have bad news on our side the company we printed and ship with just took our money and didnt send one thing but u will get your money back in the next 10 days! Very sorry for the alte reply but we are getting bombarded with messages and we are about to enter a legal battle! Seeing as I have 45 days after the purchase to file a report to PayPal to get my money back, and this will epxire after these 10 days, I will file it anyway just to be sure...
