cr08
So this question is more tongue-in-cheek than anything as my gut instinct tells me this leans WAY over into legally impossible or cost-prohibitive territory. But figured I would ask for the edumucation anyways. Essential thought is this: Recordings made of a given commercial terrestrial station and offered up in delayed playback in an on-demand fashion with no direct information given as to the content beyond station name, show, and air date/time of clip. More or less podcast style but the content would include copyrighted music and possibly other necessary material to the show. Given the hefty fees and legal issues surrounding intended live internet rebroacasts of terrestrial stations existing now seems to nail this one imho already. But interested to hear from the seasoned guys here on this.
