Wayne S.
I'm writing and producing an audio book and was wondering if it is legal to use a small clip of a Presidential speech in the audio book. The scene is a man listening to the radio, which is airing a Presidential speech, when it is interrupted for a severe weather warning. Would there be any copyright or other violations using this in my book? It would probably only be a 4 or 5 second clip being used.
Wayne S.
Never mind, I've decided to go a different route. This way I can steer clear of any legal issues!
