I should open a ticket to their services to point them to the problem Anyway, if I experience a problem of any kind I do the same, and their support works and gives the right results for reason that it can happen that a server seems not to react to a command made by an user I guess some fellow BW members who do stream hosting can tell You more about this issue ... for reason that they have the knowledge about it Interesting can be to add to the content of Your main topic the name of Your hosting company (write into the reason for editing "typo" or something similar) Visit and listen @ BW !
