Details are: 1) I will pitch in on license fees. 2) I am not a traditional professional at Radio DJ'ing. If your looking for a professional, look no further here, as I work a full time job, and promise to bring nothing to the table in this department. 3) Have all forms of SC/IC transcoder/Server experience, and if you can imagine it, I have probably done a workaround to make something work. I wouldn't call myself a radio Mcguyver at all, just a DJ with a good comprehension of what the capability's of virtual cables and "Serendipity" expectations, so to speak. 4) Have comprehension of the "clock wheel" and very flexible to meet demands. At the same time, understand that due to the nature of my work, I will mostly be voice tracking shows for a whie, and will leave you with some vanilla shows in the event I "disappear off the face of the planet for a month", so to speak. 5) Very knowledgeable understanding of artist/music/audience in my Genre. I create dubstep music as well. 6) I am OK with a midnight show. Keep the prime -time hours you like, as most of my audience wont be listening then anyways. 7) Very open to dialog between DJ's, and easily able to handle constructive criticism. I may not agree, but I will virtually acknowledge all your gripes. My name is stuart russell and I am the owner and creator of weststarradio.co.uk West Star Radio is a new radio station based in the uk. We offically launch on the 1st of november and currently looking for dj's. However we are a none profit organisation and dj's volunteer a couple hours aweek to spn there tunes.
