hopeful
I use sam 4 broadcaster & Im getting error 10060 when the encoder streamer tries to connect to the server, looking around on google its saying its a server issue. I'm asking here incase anyone has encountered it before and can advice me? thanks in advance!
Max
The error message in question does NOT mean that the server isn't running, but that the IP address you specified is not responding *at all*, indicating that there's a firewall in place, or it's the wrong IP address, etc. If the server wasn't running, you'd instead get "Connection refused". try in 24 hours and see when ur isp has flushed ;)

MADcHATTER
Some of my DJ's have gotten that code as well, usually what i've had to do is redo the encoder setup with them because they were off on one letter in the addy or password. On rare occasions the encoder doesnt seem to synch up with the MySQL and we've had to remove the encoder and redo it from scratch. Then it worked. Go figure!
