Hello, has anyone got a script to display current track on air? my host give me one but it displays the station name, and has a tune in link when you click on it, has anyone got a script that just displays the current track and artist without the tune in links or displaying the station name?

Hello, I'm currently working on a simple script which can get the current track etc. The aim is to create a script that doesn't slow the page load times down so hopefully it is an improvement on what's already out there (although I'm sure someone has come up with a similar idea before!).

I'll post a link this afternoon to the script and hopefully it will be useful to you.

Is it possible to show the total results of mainstream + backupstream at the same page ?

* so if it shows 15 listeners on "mainstream"

* making it visible into the same line the total result of mainstream + backupstream

example "15 + 13" = shows in one line "28"

I made some changes to the design and look of the script ... and it looks nice to Me, including an auto-refresh and a listen button

Check Your PM for the test link at my webserver

Here's a demo: http://mixstream.net/streaming/resources/allinone/example.html

Any feedback is welcome.

Hi Philippe,

Thanks for the PM, I've had a look and I like what you did with the page. The example provided with the script is supposed to be a bare example just to show how easy it can be.

I like your suggestion of also including relays in the script - I've done one before that gets stats from multiple servers so I'll do something similar and put an alternative version up. It shouldn't be too difficult to do, just a simple loop - the only problem would be if there were lots of relays and the text would take a while to appear :)

I made a google search for similar scripts, but they all show multiple servers seperated in a row

I even found Your former multiple script, but also that shows them all as seperated stats on one page

Those scripts all show a publish date of 2005 - 2006

If it could be done that it is able to give one result of 2 untill 3 sources, that would be an improvement
