JohnF30 Posted May 20, 2008 Author Share Posted May 20, 2008 the key to top quality recordings in the digital world are your A to D converters. whilst the 2408s converters are pretty good, i'd still be looking to use say a apogee rosetta a/d converter to get mics and analog sorces into the computer, and then you can also use it to mix down back into your computer aswell, back that up with a quality mic like a neuman tlm 103 and a quality strip like the universal audio 6176 or a avalon and your looking at some seriously [deleted] hot recordings!! scott Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
