My question is what is a good brand of studio foam? I found this: http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/ ... sku=422602 Would this be a good brand? I don't know much about studio foam at all.... clairedodin Posted July 18, 2008 Share Posted July 18, 2008 I was always told that Auralex acoustic tiles are the best! But there are different shapes, some trap the bass, others the mid range etc... So there is a position for each shape in different places of the room. I'm not quite sure what is best though, you'd have to ask a specialist. It looks like a good price too. Good choice. I bought a whole bunch of foam on ebay...company called "Foam By Mail" Just search the term "accoustic foam" on ebay or google and you'll find lots of great resources!
