Sionnach Posted January 6, 2014 Share Posted January 6, 2014 Hi guys and girls, Can't believe it's been almost a year since I first posted my intro here (http://forums.broadcastingworld.net/showthread.php?11788-Hi-Everyone!)... but it has... I must be getting old because time is just zooming past me! I launched Hard To Port Radio back in February 2013... and it's almost February again... Over the year, my schedule has changed a bit, and my track collection has grown (ugh..all that money!!) as has the equipment stack! The website has gone through a bit of a change, too as I try to find that design I like! It's been a year of ups and downs in terms of listener numbers, but really I have to say that's not the reason I do this... I love running my station, and I'm gearing up to start doing hosted shows around the one year anniversary of the launch of my station, and I've been running test shows to check switching between automation and manual, and back again, and getting used to my new Rode microphone Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with how the year has gone, and looking forward to another year! I hope everyone else is doing OK and having fun with their stations.
