Charlie
Hey all, I just got a hunk of a mixer and am goin to need a couple of patchbays. The behringers caught my attention not only with the price but i like how you can switch modes so easily. each channel has a switch. however I have heard alot of people rag on behringer. and i know they are almost impossibly cheap for what you are supposed to be getting. so anybody have one, what do you think of them? nitnitr
I have a small Behringer mixer, and though it isn't my primary board, it has performed flawlessly for over a year. I have no problem with their mixers. Mine does exactly what I need it to do.

dj.plazma
A good deal of my studio is Behringer. Some people knock them, but I love their stuff. I had a DX-1000, had to upgrade to the SL2442Pro-FX.

MADcHATTER
While I do not own a Behringer mixer I have worked with them and, to be honest, the people i've met who knock them wouldnt know a good mixer from an old blender! I've used Behringer stuff and have to say for the price, they have always exceeded expectations. Enjoy yours!

I've read, too, that some people have support/equipment issues, but I've had none of whatsoever and have been using various types of equipment for about 5 years now. In fact my DJ partner and I recently fitted a professional radio station with a 32-channel Behringer board and they LOVE it.

RadioCIA
I've got the XENYX 1002FX and love it, even though I hardly use any of the FX features on it beyond a very light studio reverb. Gets used in both the home studio and when we do live remotes. Fit's in my laptop case right along with my computer.
