James
hmm glue will only equally fasten them. velcro is a good idea but there still is a chance of ripping them. Good luck Studiio - All-In-One Radio Communication Platform SMS | Phone Calls | Social Media | Content

MADcHATTER
I would recommend 3M double-sided foam tape. It will hold them in the corners securely and is easy to remove without damaging the walls too badly. If your going to use Acoustic Foam Panels the ideal way would be to glue them but the double-sided foam tape might work there as well. You just have to make sure you have a clean, even, dry surface. At the worst you might need to repaint but it beats the heck out of spackling especially if you rent!! If you own your home...I've gotten great results out of fabricating small frames of wood for each acoustic panel and mounting them to the wall with drywall screws. Its a bit more expensive and takes some time but nicer looking and gives a really nice amibient sound. For really great acoustics you can suspend a 4' circular peice of ½" Plywood about 4" from the ceiling to create small resonance plate (similar to Electric LadyLand Studios) which is great for recording!
