TV Channels (Analog & Digital) Recording with frequency

[TD]Hi Everyone, please help me out ..I want to record TV Analog & Digital Channels with the Channel frequency and they should auto tuning and record each and every channel and that recorded file auto send via FTP to our office....

 

I have some research on this : we can use DVR for recording, Setup Box for Analog Channel.

 

Please let me know any other alternative for this work
