frankallen
I have an interesting issue I just figure out why it's happening. When DJ's login and start there stream at there allocated times. They get going no problem, the sound is good and all is going well and then the auto dj cuts in and then out for a brief few seconds. I have had the DJ's check the samplerate, bitrate and format. I have tested this myself and have the same issue yet my stream logs show no drops. Any Ideas ? http://i.imgur.com/qrEUBH7.png Check us out http://www.itsjustradio.org
lazydog
I am not sure this will help but may help to pin down a solution, going back in time Radionomy had a problem that when a live DJ was connected if there was any silence for a very very short period the stream would briefly drop, the work around for this we found was have a backing track playing so there was always sound being sent. I am looking at a similar problem with my remote server for dj's atm, but its only one dj that this affecting and he was using Sam with a wireless conection so we are hoping it was a buffer issue. Awesome thanks for that All in all then it's a silence detection issue :( I will play around and work it out. http://i.imgur.com/qrEUBH7.png Check us out http://www.itsjustradio.org
