dj.plazma
I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts about relaying a stream. I have 2 Shoutcast providers. To Server A I broadcast a 32k stream and a 128k stream. Then I relay that 128k stream to Server B. This way I only have (theoretically) 160k outbound from home but am serving 3 different servers. Does anyone see any problems with this? Obviously if Server A goes down Server B does as well, but I can always remote in to turn off the relay and my encoder will start automatically. Any thoughts?
