It's perfect for recording vocals, acoustic instruments, strings, horns, orchestras, choral groups, ambient instrument audio, and many live sound applications. I've used them before and they give the kind of natural sound that used to be reserved on such classic large ribbon mics as the legendary RCA 44 for alot less money (around $199 US) You can also find the RSM-1 and other good mics for cheap at our Amazon store, go to http://astore.amazon.com/wwwiwebradico- ... n&preview= The RSM-4 is only $99!
