grstovell
Hi Everyone. First post - Hope it's an easy problem to solve. I host a live weekly event (spoken word only - not music) and need to broadcast to a group of elderly members in the simplest, most user friendly possible way. Most of them are not inclined (read: refuse) to embrace any new tech. SO - I was thinking of purchasing a few Sangean WFR-28 and pre-programming the preset to tune in to our (hopefully) internet radio station. We do online video streaming via Boxcast. SO... Question: Does anyone know if we can use Icecast with our present live audio signal and will the Sangean unit (or a different internet radio portable device you recommend... not a phone or a tablet though) will receive it? And if so - how? http://www.sangean.com/products/product.asp?mid=123&cid= Little lost here - as you can tell. ANY help is HUGELY appreciated. -g
GKIye
If You stream your content than its logical that you connect your Sangean device to the local WIFI. Insert your IP Port to your device and you are alive and kicking Visit and listen @ BW !
